  • Two differently-paced approaches, to better meet your individual needs.
    1. ReCODE track for focus on slowing and potentially stabilizing the progression of memory loss.
        • Apollo Health ReCODE subscription strongly recommended.
        • Minimum of six months working together.
        • Weekly visits to start, with potential for fewer as progress is made.
        • Likely additional testing will be needed, if possible, in addition to the basic panel of tests offered by the Apollo Health ReCODE program.
    2. Prevention-focused track for busy people who want to set up the proper conditions and habits to prevent the development of dementia in the future.
        • Less frequent appointments, to be agreed upon between us (at least monthly), and a lower-key approach overall.

Although dementia is common and increasing, which scares many of us, there is a lot you can do to prevent it and even improve your mental clarity. Start as early as you can because brain changes begin many years prior to symptoms.
